 Many “healthy” products sitting on the shelves of your grocery store are bogus.
 Many of the marketing claims of low fat, no fat and never had never will claims are marketing ploys to get you to buy.
 The American Heart Association seal of approval is for sale.
 A food that is a “good source” of a specific nutrient only has to contain 10% of the recommended daily value.
 Low fat meat products that claim to be “enhanced” have often been injected with a water/sodium mixture that not only adds to the weight of the product but also may contain enough extra sodium to hike your blood pressure.
